FITE is an application built in the Centralised Finance (CeFi) space. Your wallet is your point of access to the expansive ecosystem of CeFi. It’s digital, it connects to your web browser, and it holds all of your tokens and cryptocurrencies. You’ll need to connect your wallet to FITE to validate any FITER and earn rewards.
Crypto wallets are third-party applications and are not stored on FITE. FITE will not have access to your wallet and its assets. The wallets we currently support include MetaMask.
Now, let’s see how to create a MetaMask wallet on your browser.
- Download and install the MetaMask browser extension from MetaMask.

- Create a username and password.
- Record your uniquely assigned Secret Recovery Phrase. If you lose this series of words or forget what order they’re in, you will lose access to your wallet, and it will be unrecoverable. We recommend writing the phrase on a piece of paper and storing it in a memorable, safe, and secure place.
- Confirm the phrase by placing all of the words in the assigned order.
