Claiming both FITE Rewards and Buddies Commission involves some backend processing. This may in turn lead to the following possible reasons for failure.
- Insufficient Gas Fees
- Invalid Recipient Address
- Insufficient Balance from Sending Account
- Contract Restriction (tokens are not transferable yet)
Users are advised to check and try again as the above issues are generic and intermittent. Please note that in the case where major service degradation occurs, a separate notice will be provided.
